Dr. Marjorie Calixte-Hallworth is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and independent researcher who helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity by managing the tension between competing but necessary values. Her work is grounded in a both/and leadership approach that bridges knowledge and action, personal purpose and collective responsibility, and innovation and structure.
With a background in state government, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Marjorie equips audiences with practical tools to move beyond either/or thinking and turn insight into measurable impact. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration and is the author of Barriers to Effective Public Secondary Education in Rural Areas in Haiti and Bridging the Gap: Turning Insight Into Impact.
